Give customers three options instead of one number and you'll win more jobs at a higher average price. Fill in your three tiers below, then copy a clean estimate you can drop straight into an email or quote.
When you give a customer a single price, their only decision is yes or no. Give them three options and the question changes to which one — and most people avoid the cheapest and the most expensive, landing in the middle.
That does three things for you: it raises your average ticket, it makes the customer feel in control instead of sold to, and it keeps price-shoppers from walking away over one number. The "best" tier also anchors the others — next to it, your "better" option looks reasonable rather than expensive.
Keep the differences concrete: better materials, a longer warranty, faster turnaround, or extras most competitors leave out. Vague tiers confuse people; specific ones sell.
Bidrails shows you the moment a customer opens your quote and reminds you to follow up — so your good-better-best estimate doesn't get forgotten in an inbox.
