Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with Bidrails within 7 days of your first paid charge, email support@bidrails.com for a full refund — no questions asked.
The 7-day window applies to the first paid charge on your account only. Refunds on subsequent charges (monthly renewals, annual renewals, plan upgrades) are not covered by this guarantee.
2. After the First 7 Days
After the first 7 days, refunds are not available. However:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal.
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
3. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are covered by the same 7-day money-back guarantee from your first paid charge. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing year, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time.
4. Exceptions
Regardless of the 7-day window, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a billing error on our side.
- A prolonged service outage (more than 48 consecutive hours) prevented you from using the Service during a billing period.
- Duplicate or unauthorized charges.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@bidrails.com with:
- The email address associated with your Bidrails account.
- The date of the charge.
- A brief reason for the refund request (optional for the 7-day guarantee).
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact support@bidrails.com first. We will almost always resolve legitimate billing issues faster than the chargeback process.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to charges made after the updated policy is published. Your existing active subscriptions are governed by the policy in effect at the time of your most recent charge.
